You must stop fighting the past, where you made mistakes, and stop fighting the present, where you are making mistakes. Direct all your attention to the future—but also stop fighting the future, which may bring problems but has not yet arrived. You should shape your future in advance.

This is possible. If you are struggling with reality management techniques, it likely means that in your reality, you have built mountains of importance around every issue.

You may think this isn't the case because you know Transurfing, but you know and apply it as if in a dream. You don't wake up when using the techniques, or you think you've woken up, but in reality, you're functioning like an unconscious character in a movie following some script.

Yes, you know the principles of Transurfing, but you forget to apply them at the right moment. You have problems, and you're too busy for that. In a situation, you even forget yourself. Later, you remember, but it's too late. And this repeats constantly, endlessly.

To use Transurfing in real life, you need to learn to wake up in the waking dream.

For example, as soon as something annoys you or things go wrong, wake up and see where and how you've created importance and deliberately let it go. Remove those mountains of yours and calmly walk across the plane.

Life is like a dream. If nightmares torment you, wake up in the dream and control it. If you decide it will be easy, it will be easy. If you decide it will be hard, it will be

hard.

It's simple, isn't it? What you choose is what you get.

However, right now, during the transition, the waking dream has intensified. It has become stickier, more cloying. No wonder many complain about mental fog and an inability to focus. In such conditions, the ability to wake up in the waking dream becomes paramount.

And then to shape your reality, especially now, it's not even intention that works most effectively, but your state. You only receive what aligns with your state. For example, if the state you're in doesn't match abundance and prosperity, you won't attain them.

Therefore, it's less about managing reality as a waking dream and more about managing yourself, your state. To achieve this, you need to work on yourself. So, if before there was Reality Transurfing, now we need Self-Transurfing. Though, of course, classic Transurfing is not cancelled.

Fortunately, the new era not only presents challenges but also offers opportunities. So far, we've been talking about lucid dreaming in waking life. In waking life, we awaken as a personality, as one of our incarnations in this life. But what about awakening to what stands above all these incarnations—our Higher Self?

We have identified ourselves with our body and mind, our avatar. But we are something far greater than we're accustomed to thinking. This is our Spirit, which is always near us, behind us, and above us.
